    truly enjoyed zurich, the hotel was amazing very close to the center of zurich though quiet area. it was a breathtaking location next to the old palace. ate at romerblick, it's not very far from the venue.

    units with modern art. location near to restaurant. also, down the hill which is part of the public transport network. great way to end our weekend.

    I recently enjoyed the views from my room that gave the feeling of a painting coming to life the staff was attentive, remembering my coffee order without me mentioning it again.

    It was a bit pricy but I guess that's the cost of luxury.

    Breakfast in the Garden Restaurant , a lovely setting and perfectly poached eggs

    They don't know how to make English Breakfast tea . It took a long time to find the appropriate coffee substitute at breakfast . The service was extremely pleasant and friendly but not always intelligent . The overall price is very high and not really worth it . I would only recommend it if money was really no object , see below .

    Luxurious stay with a view

    The hotel itself is fine, with amazing views of the lake. I loved the in-room breakfast. It was delicious and served hot. The jacuzzi in my room had some parts falling off, a bummer for such a pricey stay. Still, the staff was friendly and cute were nice.

    The room was really nice, plush bedding made it comfy for sure. The decor was tasteful and everything felt super clean. I loved waking up to those fine views of the Alps! The balcony was a big plus, perfect for enjoying the scenery. Just wish it had more modern touches. Some of the furniture felt old-fashioned. It's cozy and stylish, but a little tinkering could make it even better.

    A stunning hotel with wonderful staff, in a beautiful location overlooking the lake. If you go, be sure to try out the spa. Probably the best I've ever enjoyed. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for making our visit memorable!
